Ogre standard bearer

This miniature has taken me the longest time to paint. The base was scratchbuilt using milliput, and the banner consists of a layer of copper with short pieces of untwisted gold-colour string cut and glued to the banner. I glued a paper outline onto it to prevent a messy finish and painted it with a celtic knot design. The flag was drilled and tiny crystal balls put into position to resemble gems (painted with colour inks and gloss varnished), so the light goes through them. The rest of the miniature has no conversions. I hope you guys like it. I'm still fighting my camera and the editing programs.

Perfect, that's all I can say. I've seen it live, like I've seen Ahriman, and it's far better than what you can see. There are lots of details in the base and the banner is made from scratch and hand painted. Great job man!!!!
