converted from the old (?) tank commander, cadian legs, sm holster with pistol and a sm chainsword stuck in the ground.
He'll get based with the rest of his army.
Conversion is good (+1), but chainsword looks cack - especially as you've not done anything with the base (-1).
Painting is passable, though a bit thick-lookin.
