Sir Malcolm Templar Lightbringer

One of my recent minis. The reds really got washed out in the photo for some reason. They really have a lot more range than it looks. I attempted to shade the metallic sword with NMM technique, but it seems to just look odd since the metallics are so reflective they compete with the attempted shading. The breastplate armor looks a little better since it's sort of hidden in his check area and doesn't pick up ambient light as much. (June 2005 may have finally fixed the photo problem, but how to get CoolMini to revise the image???)

The pose is rather un-dynamic, but your paint makes up for it. THe only thing I might suggest is a bit of freehanding on the cloak as it looks rather bare.

Um....I don't want this man bringing me any light :) I love this color scheme. it really highlights the diffrence a paint scheme can make. Great job on the figure, especially the armor and and the cloak.

Quite good yeah, sadly, as you already said it, the reds vanished with the pic... Would be an 8 with a better pic - Kow
