I really like the colour-scheme. Your metallics are tops as well. Bases are good, good blending...etc etc. The only thing keeping it from an 8 is the vertical slit for their eyes. It looks rather unnatural and takes away from what are really very nicely painted minis. Work on that and you're on the right track!
