unfinished space marine librarian

like the title says the model isn't done, it's just cool enough that I wanted to post it. i got the idea for it after two conversations I had with a few friends.. one on how awesome the incorporation of ennio morricone's soundtracks from serge leone westerns into Kill Bill was really one of the best qualities of both volumes.. the other was how cool a character like final fantasy 7's sephiroth would be if only they weren't so damned homoerotic.. with those thoughts in my head i ran home mixed up some green and brown stuff and put together a katana almost unrealistically weildable, as this was curing i thought to myself.. now who in the 40K universe would use a weapon of this calibur.. then i thought of it with glowing runes painted onto it and thought the mythology of a legendary hero pouring his soul into a sword so he may continue his service sounded like a damn cool alternative to the "mental circuits" that make force weapons kill things better than more traditional beating sticks... and the idea of a librarian bearing his brother in mind and soul into battle sold me to that explanation of why there're no wires on the force sword. with some leftover putty i whipped up a hood for the sergent head from the tactical squad command sprue witha body from the new command squad sprue and an old pair of legs and jump pack... and things were good only real heavy cutting/putty work on the model is his right arm, i resculpted the shoulder to get it into a more appropriate position for the weapon, also the right hand is actually a left hand from the bolter sprue the i chopped the thumb off of and sculpted new surfaces and a new thumb to make it a right hand.. paint scheme is reaper astral blue with a frost glaze and frost/pearl white highlights for the blue parts of the armor, the rest is self explanatory comments welcome but remember it's a work in progress
