This is my new ork warboss. After taking the picture, i can see some flaws in it, so i am going to post an updated picture later of it. Any Tips to improve him are welcome, i want to make him good because he leads my army. I made the flame and smoke from his burna using cotton that i painted.

"some flaws" ?! The paint is so fraggin' thick you can't make out any details whatsoever. You haven't even bothered with the left leg, it's just cowered in brown. The fire is quite nice though, I'll give you that.

looks like you spent more time on the flames than the mini , but that does look good for cotton -Torath-

The horns and face look pretty good. The freehand on the armor is appropriately orcish (bad). Clean up the base - get rid of the flakes over the side and the black spot. Redo the legs - his pants and boots should be different from each other and should match left & right.
