Tip when it comes to painting banners: Draw the design with a pen. If needed draw it 2x up and copy it down to its right size. Use one coat of spray-varnish before putting any colour on it. But.. I really don't think it's a bad first try at all. The rest of the mini is painted with accuracy but needs more contrast.
