Go Canada! Good solid paint job. Optics look good. The flag is a little much. Rather than the flag I'd study Canadian armour markings from WWII or something. It would look smashing and more realistic on a mini that has a very realistic paint job.
Its tabletop quality. It needs a lot more highlighting, the green looks way too bland. There are no shadow or texture distinctions, and the green looks almost sparkly.
I suggest you do more drybrushing over black, or a darker colour, in order to bring out the edges, and rises.
