For starters, I think the photo quality is really hurting it. It has a very low-resolution look to it. I think the colours of the hand and the bone are too similar. Possibly a more "ruddy" skintone overall would be more appropriate. The green pants are well shaded, but a bit too bright to fit in with the other colours, which are quite subdued.

Lurch
It looks good.. but somehow unfinished. You did a great job shading the pants but seem to have lost that same technique when you did the flesh, skull, ties and hair. Also the rune /carvings on the bone really scream to be picked out. I happen to be working this same piece at the moment, and I know how musch minute detail is on this piece. I'd be interested in seeing how you did the geese on the back of his belt.

It not easy paint a large mini like this. The wooden barrel looks nicely done. You need more shading on the arms and the staff he's holding. Paint looks abit chalky which I think can be solved by a wash.
