It's great, but it's not Chris Fitzpatrick's best work... These executioners were designed by Alex Hedström ;)

Awesomw skin tone!, nice and somber color scheme, reminds me of Brom's illustrations. If anything, the blade seems a bit flat, while the gold parts look very well shaded. If I may, I'd suggest to darken a bit the flat of the sword, while leaving the edge as it is.
