For your 10th model you should be pretty proud. As ppj has said your painting is neat and tidy you just need now to go a step further with shades and highlights and details.
Keep practicing and you will get there I am sure of it.
Your painting is neat & clean. Overall it's a tidy job which would benefit from a few improvements:
More pronounced shading and highlighting - be brave and see what happens!
A black or brown ink over the metals would help to provide some depth and help to 'pop' the highlights
Still, it's a very good starting point with good colour choices too.
