yes the "eyes" have it and I can't see much blending in the top of the staff for instance but it may be the picture... I feel the colours are too flat, you need some gloss on the sword and some deeper colours on the robe...

That sword looks very chilly indeed. I have done some minis with 'snow bases' and finally determined they look better with the edges of the bases painted a greyish color.
