Someone please give me a clue why this is rated so low?! It's currently barely a 6 but it's clearly a well-painted and well-based piece. Admittedly the picture doesn't have the greatest angle and is partially out of focus, but those flaws aren't bad enough to pull the over-all rating so low. I'd like to see this piece at eye-level.
