I was inspired by the blues on Mei's first dance in House of Flying Daggers. I loved that dark blue peeking out behind the lighter blue. :) Painted her almost entirely with reaper's master paints, but the really light blue is done with foundry's vivid blue (love that pallete..).

(7.5) The face looks great, and I love the pale blue on the dress. The selection and variety of colours on the dress is cool too. I think a bit more shading between the fingers, around the edge of the face and in the fan recesses would help this look even better. The garden look of the base is great, really suits the mini.
