Aha, forgot to say that these plastic uruks are fairly small as compared to the metal ones. That is why they look a bit plump and unimpressive. I will give it a try lengthening their legs to make them a bit larger and towering above an average human figure.
Quite difficult to make something out of these plastic LotR miniatures. You did them nicely. You should have told a word a two about the changeds you made.
Btw, there should not be that hole in the Rohan shield, it should get the round thing that is on the riders'/ warriors' left arm, this is called a shield buckle as far as I know. Cf. e.g. historical viking shields as reference.
