Not so smooth on the highlights, but it gives it an arty style similar to an old friend of mine. I think it works pretty well on this mini, which I think is your most cohesive.
I like the idea with the sword and it's nicely painted, but you could have even brighter highlights to make it more glowing. The horns and spine are excellent. I think the skin looks a bit chalky and dull, though. I would have more contrasts, i.e. darker shadows and brighter highlights. Then I would give the skin a few washes of some bluish grey to smooth out the blendings, and then re-apply the brightest highlights. /Anders
