Dwarf Engineer
This is a commissioned piece, which I really enjoyed painting. I had never painted a dwarf before, and I really didn't expect it to be so much fun. The base depicts him standing on a mountain top looking out on the dwarven realms. What caused me the most problems was actually the beard. I initially wanted to go for a red beard, but then I realized that that would clash with the deep red cloth, so I tried a white beard, but that took away some shine from the nmm. Finally I settled for tihs light brown beard which I think came out pretty good after all.
