I think the detail on the brown feathers are really good, but the detail on the white feathers seems lost to me. Perhaps a wash of a very light brown or blue to get into those recesses and pick them out.
very nice mini - Im opposed to the gw green edge base, but that's the standard i guess. The work on the feathers is quite realistic, but I would focus a bit more on the detail/shading of the face as it is a major part of this mini - overall a very good work.
