Imperial guard squad. My first ever posting so please be gentle! Seriously, all comments welcome. The photo is a bit unkind to the sergaents forehead - its foesnt look that blotchy in real life. Also, remember that I'll be doing about 50 of these guys so its very much unit painting.

Thanks, I know what you mean about the armour - actually they are different - armour is Dark angels, fatigues are Vallejo Russian green. Between the camo pattern and the downward lighting there isnt enough difference - I'll experiment a bit. Squad markings - I have some laser print decal sheet I was planning to experiment with.

Not bad, but you should paint the armor a different color from the fatigues, it looks better. Maybe you could leave the armor a solid light green. Overall, they look really good as a unit. Try painting squad or platoon markings to give them more personality.
