Pack Animals - Mega Miniatures

Horses (20020), Mules (20021) and Camels (20022) - I wasn't planning on putting them on CMON, but apparently they grow on you. I mostly painted them for background and gaming, but I did spend some time looking at photos of horses of camels to at least attempt to get something right. I might have made the horses maines a bit too much on the pink side (a tad too much dwarf flesh I guess) and painting the yellow ropes is still on the borderline of my skillset even with ultra fine brushes. (made worse by the fact that I had to do it again and again for all of them)

This is a nifty collection and well-suited for gaming background material. I really like the figures, but I doubt your belief that picking out some of the details is beyond your skills. I think it's within your skills, but beyond your ability. :^) I say that because I strongly suspect you need some better brushes. Don't use the game-store brushes. Go to any art / craft store and see if they have some tools to better suit your needs.
