I've always like this mini! The beard and hair looks great, but the rest of the figure could use a bit more shading (crook of the bent arm, underneath the hat and the beard) and highlighting (on top of the arm, hat brim, etc.). The sword hilt suffers in that it look a little flat, also. All considered, a very nice job on the mug.
