I think this mini looks great, its obvious you've put a ton of work in to both the mini and the base - but the photo is hurting your score. There are some good tutorials in the articles section on photography that might be helpful.

cant see details because of the bad picture but i think the mini doesnt look nurgle enough..imo u should make it bigger and more rotting
