I hate people who drop low ratings, but don't leave comments. So, let's start with the positive: you have very good brush control (which is the foundation of all miniature painting). The shading on the other hand is so subtle that I'm not 100% sure if you shaded at all. Don't be afraid to go a few shades darker in the shadows and a few shades higher on the highlights. Also you need to hit this particular model with a bit of Testors or Armory Dull Coat after you seal it. The base work is acceptable and I think you have all the talent and skills needed to take your modelling to the next level.
