I think this is a good conversion that totally fits with the Ogre Kingdoms theme and it is totally plausible that an Ogre would adorn himself in trinkets scavanged off various victims. The painting is good especially the skintone. I think the metals could do with more weathering and the base could be a bit better. I am not sure why this is scoring as low as it is, this is easily a 7+ mini.
