To start... The good: The gemstones are very nicely done, and your metals are very smooth looking, and the base is just wonderful. The bad: Bits of overflow on details need to be corrected, especially around his fingers on the shaft of the axe, and on his forward leg with the armour. The picture's pretty good, so those things stand out. Correcting such things really improves your precision for such work in the future. The white looks a bit chalky, and may need to be thinned a little bit to look smoother. And his eye... it looks like a cat's pupil in an all-white iris. If you could make it rounder, his expression would be great, but as it is, he looks.... wrong. Suggestion: Redo the lion's head with colour instead of white. A series of browns would give a better contrast to the metals he's wearing.
