This is in deed pretty well (well enoutg too vote 9 actually). I do Understand that the photo killed the quality a little, but my eyes got used to it:} I agree to the advice about the bits. I once used a Marine head in a Necron Lord base and it really improves the base. Just a little tip. The stars on the front cloth(excuse me my main language is not English so I don't know the term) look a little messed. If not too much of a problem I recomend your ftiend to retouch with the negative color, I mean the base colour and sharpen them a little. Supperb job.

When Your friend does the base tell him to add skulls from the chaos vehicle sprue
or bits from other 40k kits. I would give them a burnt look to fit the model. He seems to paint at a much higher level than me so this is like preaching to the choir.
