Mystery Mini 4
My hat off to the first person who properly identifies this old mini. As to the paint job, I did this about 15 years ago with Testor Enamel paint, straight from the jar, with a plastic brush. I painted the eyes with a metal pin stuck in paint. Yup, I was pretty boring back then. Typical white ghi and black belt. No decoration whatsoever. Now I'd not only freehand something on the back, but I'd do some kind of decoration on the chucks. He's even blond!
