Hi, i've just started painting, and i would like to have some feedback on my painting, things that i'm not doing correctly and what is ok. It's only my third miniatures, and i know the base isn't done... Thank you for your time, Ambush

Not bad at all! If you paint his face and do something about the base, you will have a really nice mini :)

I'd say from the looks of this model that you are ready to move on to more advanced shading techniques. Try washing the folds of the skirt with a light shade of gray. Also, perhaps a mild wash over the shaft of the spear. Part of the armor looks dry brushed and part of it doesn't. This could be the flash playing tricks on my eyes. I'd recommend thinning out your metallics before painting. They look thick here. And just an idea... you may want to try a light blue wash over the armor. It will pick out the detail just as well as a darker wash and it might add a magical effect.

Salut David.Continue de même et tu vas avpor un 10 au lieu d'un 4.7.Même si les autres le trouve moyen moi je le trouve parfaitment crrect.
