Mystery Mini 6
My hat off to the first person who properly identifies this old mini. As to the paint job, I did this about 15 years ago with Testor Enamel paint, straight from the jar, with a plastic brush. I painted the eyes with a metal pin stuck in paint. Considering the primitive tools I had, he wasn't bad. I liked the surfer blond beard on an otherwise dark figure. That paint was something awful though.
