My first picture here. I know that he is too glossy but unfortunately i haven't found a matte varnish from my country (Estonia). It seems to be that GW is only making glossy one. I am not wery experienced mini painter but i want to improve my skills.

This looks pretty good to me. The face looks great but the armour could probably do with a wash of thinned black ink to help add depth. If you're worried about the varnish making the photo too shiny, take the pitures before varnishing. It's a mistake I've been making too. Also, GW now do a Matte varnish that may help.
