For Oils thats amazing! they're so hard to work with on such a small scale.
I agree, keep with acrylics.
type of paint aside, you shold blackline the yellow trim on the cloke and sleeves to make them stand out. also basing a miniture even just with green flock makes it look much better.
If I didn't know it was painted with oils id give it a 4-5, but knowing you used an 'unconventional' method I'll throw it a 7.
