Zara, Vampire Slayer
I worked out the color scheme before I started painting, concentrating on contrast with her flesh and keeping the viewer's eye centered. I also spent some time working on my blending skills, and although they aren't were I'd like them, this is definitely my best work to date. Still working on my photography skills; the resolution leaves something to be desired (e.g. the individual laces on the ball blur together).
