Great job, especially if you are painting an entire regiment like this. One detail i particularly like is the symbol of Tzeentch on his leg-plate, in the photo it looks like a reflection, kind of magical. For the NMM gold, i'd try blending it back towards brown quicker, and also making reflection lines across it... i dont know what theyre called, and i've never done NMM, but they work for other people.
