Head Hunter 2

This was the most challenging mini I've painted for a while. The problem was that while the skin should fade to a darker tone towards the hands and feet, I still had to highlight those areas without losing the dark tone, and I couldn't shade the lighter parts too much either, or they would be too dark. In the end, I think the result is OK. The blade came out very dark in the photo, it's actually both lighter and not as harshly highlighted irl, but after 3 photosessions and repainting, I just had to settle for this look. I have saved the biggest one for last you see, and I have to get started ;)

I can't find any mistakes, why is the rating so low (9,1 ?). For me it's perfect.

Amazing work on the skin! The leather browns look a bit flat though, could IMO use another round of shading/highlighting. I love the colour of the tail. Nice basing too.
