Spite, Malus Darkblade's mount!
I have not yet painted Malus Darkblade but this is his Cold one mount named Spite. I have used a totally new technique for me when I painted this miniature. I sprayed him black and underpainted in several layers with white. I then applied thin layers of red and purple on top of that, to get deep and dark colours like this. I read about this technique on http://www.lonebrushman.com (Erik Louchard) and wanted to try it for myself. It's rather time consuming, but I am happy with the results I got! :D
