Agree that the banner doesn't look great at this scale. Cool idea though. Love the armour, Sauron painted in that same technique would look awesome.

Troll looks great, but I don't really like the banner. The fabric does not look right to me in this scale.

I really like both the idea and the paintjob. I have planned on also making a troll standard bearer though a bit differently. Great job.
