Some parts are really good - but the colour selection is way off on other places.
I would try using a darker red, paint the AA badge and "three stripes" gold (or silver), make the shotgun shells on his arm dark red (or metal) and give the gun a darker metal colour + a dark pump slider.
And no "polka"-stripes on the knees, please!
