Chaplin of Legio Cadeucus

i really like the idea of chaplins... and i feel the chaos jet packs really can be converted to fit the chaplins due to their death head motifs. and the scythe crozius is just coz i tot he would look cool as a grim reaper wannabe.... any comments left is most appreciated. thanks in advance for helping me improve my beginner skills.
