This is pretty good so far. The conversion is very tidy and tha painting is neat too. You are getting such low scores because he's not highlighted at all. Work on that, with the same tidyness you are showing already and your models will be great. Start with some edge highlights in a slightly lighter shade you'll she the inproveent straight away.
