A good white (especially when you get to shading) is very difficult. Photographing a white mini on a white background is asking for trouble (although in this case he appeared to have declined the invitation since it did come out well). The white (light grey hard to tell) drybrishing on the hair is done well, the details are good.
I'm paining another version of Gandalf the White and struggling with the shading/highlighting of so much whiteness. Yours is definitely better than I'm managing at the moment.
