Orange hair and orange leggins? OK - but make them look different! Blood on the swords looks good, but the swords require some shading. He would also look much better without purple (and maybe green, too).
I think you are using too many colors. If you simplified, you may have better results. I do like the orange and black leggings. The face is a little strange. Keep at it!!
