Storm Wizard Pin

Wearable miniatures!! This is a relatively flat pewter Wizards pin. I painted a more comical wizard (id 62386) a while back, and found that it was quite fun to do. My wife has a few of these 'gawdy' type wizards, and it just seemed sad to see them unpainted...LOL. He has a real glass ball in his hand, so I had to mask that off when painting. It has a cool effect in real life of reflecting light every which way. The wizard looks to be coming out of the clouds and conjuring a storm, so I painted some lighting in the background. Comments and criticisms are very much appreciated.

Nice Job. I should post the Gandalf belt buckle I painted 20+ years ago ;)

The skin-tone in this piece is excellent. I also like the sleeve decoration. The transition between shading/highlight is quite abrupt on the robe. How large is this pin? Adding a ruler or your thumb to the picture would help establish scale. Neat piece.
