Nice job, Zim. The detail has come up well, despite the dark photgraphy and the face nicely expressive.
I think the banner, while well-painted, is a little too 'neat' tho'. I'd have thought it eould be difficult to stop the banners getting the odd hole through them of tear.
Of the guy might just be very careful with it :)
The 'touched up' face looks very good indeed and I like the overall dark feel of the piece, space marines tend to be painted quite brightly, making them seem overly cheery for the grim work they do. This guy looks like he has given the last rites to many of his marine brothers and in doing so has seen death first hand and is resolved to face it. A proper marine! Great job!
