Your first mini!? Gah! Wish I'd been half as good! Perhaps a little more shading and highlighting on the main body might have brought the figure to life, but your precision is excellent!
This is a fantastic start for your first mini!!! You should be proud of yourself. Your brush control is excellent, I have no doubt you will improve in leaps and bounds with practice.
As for contructive feedback: A little more definition is needed between the claws of the feet, fingers, and hair, using the same manner you used on the leather.
