Well, first, I would suggest you to highlight the painted areas more, especially the clothes and the hands, this kind of clothes look very well if propperly highlighted, and seccond to avoid that glossy look, avoid usig flashes or buy some mate varnish. Keep up the good work, the face is very well painted.
