I like the way you have started - would suggest a little less contrast between the two greens (maybe a little blending ?)
Are your teeth and nails white or off-white - they look white in the picture - I prefer bleached bone
I assume that having posted this Sept 2002 that you'd have a finished job by now
Obviously he posted it for comments, and what better time to comment then before he's 100% done. Never know if someone might have a good idea to take into account. I think it looks real good, the conversion is a good idea for sure. The base looks nice too. I would have added more bitz to the model to set him out more as a warboss though.
