okay the colors are violent. But put that aside and I'm rather pleased with him. I spawned him three years ago along with four other marines to make a squad. Please comment/criticise/suggest improvements (please be as constructive as possible, thanks)

You're right about the colours... There are too many of them on one model, and they don't work well together. Other than that, technique looks really good, and level of detail is pretty high... The effect on the armour is interesting. Limit the palette of colours and it'll be great work :)
