Dude, while I agree in the main with the comments already posted, I have to say cloaks is hard, one of the hardest things to get right. the rest of the paintjob is clean & tight. I'm not sure about the way he is holding those tools though.
maybe you could add a little more touch to the cloak (make it torn or ragged), but other than that i wouldnt say this mini to be TT quality. the PJ is clean and the camo scheme works very well! i always like rubble bases and think this could work well for this mini ;) PJ + camo scheme + idea = 7 + 1 to push up the score a bit :)
