These were done around the same time as our conversion of the red gobbo (pic #91876). we tried a climbing rose on one of them with the rose blooming on his shoulder. On the other one we did a "crossroads" (directly copied from a postcard because we thought it was awesome). We also tried a "KISS" style makeup on the one with the massive pony tail. The plunger idea came from an article in the news at the time about some kid who had managed to rob a drugstore with a bibbigun and we thought that that is exactly what grots could be: stupid kids off to war with toy guns. hope you like it! The tattoos seem "painted on". Maybe a thin green wash might make them look more under the skin.
