Infernal Mercy
An advice - get a smallish pencil, pen or what have you, and do a black line around the dragon, this outer-line would make it more distinct and less blurry, making him far more pleasing to the eye on the white basecoat.

The rest of the model does not match up to the dragon, maybe some more blue detailing/freehand somewhere else on the model would bring it together.
